New Life Adult Day Health Care Center/Community-Based Adult Services' heartfelt mission is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and maintain their independence. We understand the challenges of aging and the desire to stay connected to one's community, and we are here to offer the support needed to make that possible.

Our dedicated team works closely with each participant, their families, caregivers, medical professionals, and the community to ensure every participant receives individualized care and attention. Our goal is to help restore or maintain the ability for self-care, thus preventing or delaying the need for nursing home placement. For those already in institutional settings, we strive to assist in a smooth transition back into the community with our comprehensive and holistic support.
